  i|s|media filmed over 220 seminars and captured the presentations in their Live Capture software. These presentations were then made available to the client as compressed video files that they have used as part of their sponsorship programme for PR and as digital assets to promote next years event.

  Live Capture was chosen as the preferred capture method because it takes in both the presenter and presenter slides as one video file as the presentation takes place. Therefore there are no post production costs and the files are available so quickly after the end of event. This also means that they are really useful digital assets to be used online within days of the event rather than months after many hours of post production the event or stuck on a dvd never to be used!

  IS Media recently delivered the Regen Conference & Awards. Using seamless projection a widescreen visual image on the set allowed picture in picture and some flash animation to bring the event to life.

  In addition Conference Captcha was used to film and capture each presentation for use after the event online, showing the presenter and their slides in sync, as one video frame. This was used to capture the Awards as well and with a cameraman rather than a locked off camera to follow the event as it happened delivered a unique record for those that took part
