Take away a Quick Time movie file to host yourself or upload to third party web sites online, or use as part of your ongoing PR online. Now, if you are worried about hosting yourself and dont think a YouTube video fits with your brand image we can host for you; we simply convert the file and upload to our media servers within HOURS not days. You get the embed code for your web people to add to your web site but dont have any bandwidth concerns as we host for you and the video is streamed through your site at the optimum quality.
Delegates
Offer your delegates a premium package at the outset - the live event PLUS access to video footage online after the event! A bit like a delux itunes album with video footage/extra tracks etc. Simple.

We can set up pay per view videos for ANY videos you want, and manage the payment gateway for you. Again, simple.

If you want to offer Live Capture as a sponsor option for your events we will only charge you if it is taken up by at least one sponsor.
This is how it works - one sponsor agrees to pay you for their presentation or to sponsor the frame or both!. We come along and can film that for them and you. You get the digital asset to use as well.
We only charge a day rate for the filming so you make the difference for this sponsor. IF YOU THEN GET ONE OTHER SPONSOR WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR ANY FURTHER FILMING AS WE CHARGE FOR THE ROOM FOR THE DAY, YES THE DAY!
So if you have 2 sponsors we charge a day rate and you charge EACH sponsor so for 2 sponsors you make double the difference AND if you have seminar rooms you can make the same again for EVERY ROOM!
