How do I get a celebrity to host my award show?
IS Media have worked with many celebrities and can source them for you through agancies that specialise in booking them for these sorts of events. Be prepared though as this can be a large part of your budget! Again we can let you know the type of celebrity you will get for your budget..
What happens if I need to change my presentations before a conference?
IS Media will work with you from the outset at pulling together your speaker presentations and offer a speaker presentation workshop on site at every conference to help speakers not only prepare their presentations but how to use the equipment and present on stage – many have little or no experience of using microphones for example.
Last minute changes are always possible if we are on site overseeing the technical side of your conference, as we have good powerpoint and other presentation programme skills.
What opportunities are there to maximise sponsorship at our conference?
In addition to sponsoring all the tangible elements of a conference pre and during the conference we often suggest sponsored CD’s of the conference as a give away at the end of the conference and more recently we can stream the conference to the web for real time viewing or on demand viewing. This can show both speaker and speaker slides with full audio. Here there are more sponsorship opportunities and revenue generating opportunities.
What If I need to run my conference abroad, wont that cost me a lot more?
Not necessarily. IS Media work with a large number of partner companies abroad in different locations. We can therefore use local crew and equipment and oversee the project pre event here in the UK and then send out technical staff to run the event on your behalf.
