• We will always use pre tested equipment

• We will always quote for back up equipment to be taken to events

• All staff we use will be trained in the use of equipment they are expected to use at the event

• Senior staff will project manage the event and be the point of contact for the client from the outset

• We will always maintain a critical path and advise clients of critical decision timings

• We will meet all agreed time schedules

• We will never charge more than the agreed budget

• We will always maintain a speed of response to all stakeholders

• We will suggest KPI's on which to evaluate our performance
