Our key staff have over 40 years combined technical & event management experience covering the detailed delivery of successful events in the UK and abroad since 1990.
Paul has over 20 years experience as an a/v specialist and as a unique technician understands the complete process. Paul set up Bristol Focus and then ISmedia and has worked in the industry for clients and agencies alike giving them complete trust in his ability to deliver the right technical quality whether for a live event or for a dvd production.
With a number of years experience in the broadcast sector, Paul oversees all of our technical services. paul@ismedia.co.uk
Neale has worked in the marketing communications industry now for 20 years, delivering live events, experiential marketing campaigns or producing sponsored events for clients to the highest quality and detail. Neale has worked on both consumer and b2b programmes with some of the biggest brands in the world. Neale has recently joined ISmedia after selling his own marketing communications business. neale@ismedia.co.uk
Katie joined I S Media in 2006 from a live communications background. She hit the ground sprinting – managing projects including Promotional Tours, Awards Ceremonies. International Conferences etc. She is responsible for managing client accounts from message conception through to delivery. katie@ismedia.co.uk
Following a National Diploma in Art & Design, Sarah left college to go straight into the working environment and gained experience in various industries before heading back to University to complete a graphic design degree where she achieved a 2.1. After working with us on a part time basis, whilst still at university, she joined full time to join our project management team. Martin Ralph - Senior Editor and Compositor
Martin has been working with digital technology for over ten years and has vast experience with the latest industry-standard video and audio applications, including Apple's Final Cut Studio and Digidesign's Pro-Tools. Here at ISmedia Martin oversees all aspects of our video editing, post production, 2D/3D animation composites, and DVD authoring not forgetting bespoke sound design. martin@ismedia.co.uk
Matt Castleton - Graphic Artist and Cameraman
Matt is a Time Based Media graduate who specialised in camera work. He has worked on a number of projects from promotional marketing dvds to music videos (he even featured in NME!!). Matt works closly with Martin in the studio and is our in-house Designer. He takes care of DVD and CD covers and on-bodys. Matt also oversees our duplicating and printing facilities while playing with crayons. matt@ismedia.co.uk
Edd King - SeniorTechnician
Edd is a technical wizard. As a highly experienced video and sound engineer Edd is responsible for planning and overseeing the technical side of events. He has a first class degree in Media Technology and has his finger on the pulse of the a/v Industry. Edd also coordinates our web-casting and pod-casting service! edd@ismedia.co.uk
Lee enjoys all things cables and kit! He spends most of his time on the road, working onsite at events throughout the UK and Europe. He also controls all hire equipment and manages the warehouse. lee@ismedia.co.uk
Penny is our financial “gate keeper” ensuring we run a tight ship. Looking after all sales/purchase invoices, credit and debit control. An essential role to ensure the whole company sails in the right direction on a sound financial base. accounts@ismedia.co.uk
